Millicent is an accomplished administrator with a K-12 virtual school, where she demonstrated her innovative leadership by conceiving, designing, and implementing an after-school tutoring program that has successfully served over 400 students annually for the past five years. In addition to her impactful work in education, she is the co-owner, alongside her husband, of Pilate Enterprises, Inc., a thriving e-commerce business.
With over 30 years of experience as both an educator and business owner, Millicent excels in leading teams and empowering others to step into leadership roles. She has a remarkable ability to build and coach individuals, helping them achieve their academic, career, and financial aspirations.
Millicent’s commitment to service extends beyond her professional endeavors. She has contributed her time and talents to various volunteer roles with local and global organizations, including Celebrate Recovery @ Community, Compassion International, and Samaritan’s Purse, reflecting her deep dedication to supporting others.
A lifelong learner, Millicent holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Georgia State University and is currently pursuing a doctorate in education. Her passion for leadership, education, and service continues to drive her to make a lasting impact in every sphere of her life.
