Donna Williams

Donna Williams, the Chief Executive Officer of Bridge Builders Community Development Corporation, resides in Florissant, MO. She is an Ordained Minister with 23 years of community service. Donna retired from Novus International, Inc as a Global Research Chemist in 2018. Her global experience and responsibilities in team building, analysis, and execution helps guide her in achieving the vision of Bridge Builders Community Development Corporation. As CEO, she is tasked with promoting and developing affordable housing for seniors and families of low to moderate-income that empowers and enriches our families and communities. She is a Housing Certified Credit Professional (HCCP) which is a specialized designation for developers, property managers, asset managers and others working in affordable housing industry through Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program. 

Donna attended Oklahoma State University, where she majored in Biology and Chemistry. She also attended Washington University of St. Louis. As a native of St. Louis, she has witnessed the results of neglect, segregation, and disinvestment and understands the value of bridging the gaps will be through sustainable, affordable housing. 

Donna's experience with family, ministry, and business has driven her passion for outreach and empowerment. Growing up in a strong family that serves their community, she has learned the value of commitment and follow-through. She knows that the development of sustainable, affordable housing of choice is a building block to developing good stewardship of our neighborhoods and families.
